Monday night Tabor and the rest of the Raiders JV put a whooooping on the LeCenter Wildcats. And Tamara captured digital evidence that Tabor will actually shoot the ball once in a while. Granted it is his tough nosed defense that gets him playing time, every now and then he can weed through the trees to get an offensive rebound and put up a nice 3 foot "bunny". Warmer weather last weekend also had a few cardinals visit the yard and Tamara was able to get some nice close ups, so I had to share at least one. Happy 16th birthday Bubba. Tough to imagine our little Tabor is 16 years old, has a size 13 shoe and is the same size dad was when he was a Junior in college.

He already has his drivers license, but now he can drive after dark. (If mom lets him) As you can see in the photos, Tabor got a letterman's jacket for his birthday and Tamara has taken a few photo editing classes and can now do B/W photos and add some of the color back in.

This makes 6-1st place weekends so far this season! Way to go Dalton....This week we have HS sectionals on Thursday night and then the wrestling team goes to a water park for a little R & R. Tanner has been bumped to 112lbs on the varsity and he's busy eating anything he can get his hands onto try to put on weight. Then he will have to work his way back down to 96 lbs for youth wrestling to make one last run for state at NYWA tourney. It's for grades K - 8th and both Dalton and Tanner finished 5th at regions last year. (Top 4 get to compete at state).

We celebrated Valentine's Day and a pre-Tabor's 16Th birthday today with Khloe & brothers, Autie Cherrie, Uncle Paul and Grandma & Grandpa. She has passed the Elliott test (stands in Darin's hand) at just 4 1/2 months old. She smiles and talks non stop we just can't believe how big she has gotten in a month.

Sunday and Monday we had more great wrestling action! Dalton took home his 5Th straight champion title. Tanner had a great PIN against an opponent that has beaten him last year. We have just a handful of matches left for the boys until regions and state start.

Friday night we traveled to Cleveland to take on the Clippers. But it was the Raiders who did the clipping! Both A & B won by 13 each. Tabor had a great game and continues to be a force on defense. This up coming week Tabor will travel to Lake Crystal on Monday night and be home on Thursday night. We have about a month left of basketball then is Ready~ Set~ Go for Baseball.

Oh my we have been road warriors again this week. Just a few highlights to mention......Tanner took 4Th at a tour. in South St.Paul last Saturday. Man that kid can wrestle his but off! Rodolfo took 2ND place( great job for never wrestling before) Dalton brought home another championship trophy. The boys basketball team has been hit will a bad cold bug and the last couple of games they have lost by 2pt.s. But we are looking forward to a big night on Friday when they head to Cleveland. Tabor is counting the days until he turns "16" Oh and our family is gearing up for a big weekend of racing with the Bud Shootout on Saturday. We are busy picking our fantasy drivers.
