Happy 19th Birthday Tanner!

Our Boston bound son turned 19 today!  With the first week of his internship behind him he's had some first.  First of all a lot checking out the city........subway rides.....fresh lobster...Boston Red Sox game.  Before Darin flew home they checked out Glossner Harbor where they film the Discovery hit show "Wicked Tuna".  Hope you are having a great adventure and learning a lot at the mill.  Happy Birthday!

Kayaking at the Lake

Tabor and Dalton took advantage of a beautiful day at the lake and tried out there new one dollar sun proof hats (yep they wore them in public) and a pair of kayaks.  A little wobbly at first but they both quickly got the hang of it.  As for myself..... the water is just a bit cold yet maybe next weekend.

Update on the Road Trip

Tanner and Darin are about half way to Boston!  They stopped and ate at Legends across from Notre Dame.  And a quick stop at Niagara Falls....nice  rain poncho. Next stop Buffalo......safe travels

All three boyz

This past weekend we had all three boyz home before the all go their separate ways for the summer.  We headed to the lake and late Sunday afternoon they headed to North Links for a round of golf.  Tanner is currently in Omaha with Darin at a an IAOM meeting and then its off to Boston for the summer.  Tabor is pretty busy at work and has been golfing with friends and is flying out to Boston over the 4th of July.  Dalton will keep us on the go all summer to camps in 4 states. After many years with Cargill/Horizon Milling Darin in embarking on a new journey with the new co-op called Ardnt Mills .  Follow our adventures on twitter tamaraelliott@the3elliottboyz   #so blessed

Prom 2014

Well we survived one more year and we are now members of the 1 year left club.(YAHOO)
 Dalton and Emily had a great time winning all kinds of wonderful prizes!  We are doing the count down to days left in the school year ...14 to be exact.

Crazy Update!

Well as the snow melted and we were all waiting for spring.........our well decided to collapse.  But we have a new well but we will need to do some landscaping as we had to get rid of the apple tree.  But on the bright side we traveled to Kansas City to meet Tanner for Easter and take in a Twins game.  We all enjoyed the hot sunny weather and got our MN burn on.

 Tabor continues to be very busy at work and they are the process of putting up a new building. Tanner has about a month left of school and is currently on a school trip to TX and will head to Boston for his internship in May.  Dalton has been doing some club wrestling and bulking up for football and has been on many college football recruiting trips. 

As for Darin and I next weekend we do our annual all-nighter!  That's right AFTER PROM party.  This will be my 7th year in a row and looking forward to only having one left.  Darin and I will be cooking a Italian meal for 50 students and then do the chocolate fountain/ Smore bar during the after prom party.  The whole family and friends are so waiting to open up the lake place. But they won't be any time soon if the weather doesn't warm up and take the frost out so the water can be turned on at the lake.

State Wrestling

We had a great time at state wrestling!  It was a great goal to meet after last year.  Dalton will kinda be taking some time off this spring.  Football camps start the first weekend in April and weight training has already begun.  Busy weekend planned to move the rest of Tabor's stuff to Winsted.
