Summer time

  I know long time no post!  Well we have had a wonderful Summer.........
Dalton has been to many colleges and has not come to a decided what school will be the best fit.  When he wasn't lifting and going to camps he umped many softball games and mowed lawns to make some nice cash.

Tanner was home this past weekend as he had a layover from Denver back to Boston.  He loved his internship and has learned a lot.  He will make a swing back home again on the 20th as he travels back to K-State for school.  Our country kid said it is so nice to look at a field of corn and not concrete.
Tabor loves his job in Glencoe and still lives in Winsted but keeps looking for a place that will let him have GUS.  As you can see GUS enjoyed his living arrangements with us a bit too much!  Gus loves to be on the pontoon and a swim with Darin.

Scooter gave birth to 10 very healthy puppies.  We thought she done at 6 and we cleaned everything up and checked on her and we had 8 then 10.  Two days old they had their tails and dews docked and today their eye's are just starting to open up and just like their day getting their white beard in.

Another big change for us this summer was the transition from Cargill to Ardent Mills as ConAgra and Cargill formed a new company.  The headquarters are in Denver  not too far from Otterbox which has kept me very busy at work.  Darin starts his 10th and final year of coaching football and we are going to enjoy the last 10 months of having our last son as a Raider.

Happy 19th Birthday Tanner!

Our Boston bound son turned 19 today!  With the first week of his internship behind him he's had some first.  First of all a lot checking out the city........subway rides.....fresh lobster...Boston Red Sox game.  Before Darin flew home they checked out Glossner Harbor where they film the Discovery hit show "Wicked Tuna".  Hope you are having a great adventure and learning a lot at the mill.  Happy Birthday!

Kayaking at the Lake

Tabor and Dalton took advantage of a beautiful day at the lake and tried out there new one dollar sun proof hats (yep they wore them in public) and a pair of kayaks.  A little wobbly at first but they both quickly got the hang of it.  As for myself..... the water is just a bit cold yet maybe next weekend.

Update on the Road Trip

Tanner and Darin are about half way to Boston!  They stopped and ate at Legends across from Notre Dame.  And a quick stop at Niagara Falls....nice  rain poncho. Next stop Buffalo......safe travels

All three boyz

This past weekend we had all three boyz home before the all go their separate ways for the summer.  We headed to the lake and late Sunday afternoon they headed to North Links for a round of golf.  Tanner is currently in Omaha with Darin at a an IAOM meeting and then its off to Boston for the summer.  Tabor is pretty busy at work and has been golfing with friends and is flying out to Boston over the 4th of July.  Dalton will keep us on the go all summer to camps in 4 states. After many years with Cargill/Horizon Milling Darin in embarking on a new journey with the new co-op called Ardnt Mills .  Follow our adventures on twitter tamaraelliott@the3elliottboyz   #so blessed

Prom 2014

Well we survived one more year and we are now members of the 1 year left club.(YAHOO)
 Dalton and Emily had a great time winning all kinds of wonderful prizes!  We are doing the count down to days left in the school year ...14 to be exact.
